This first aid course gives you the skills and knowledge to recognise emergencies and provide immediate, effective first aid to anyone with a sudden illness or injury, in line with legal, workplace, and community requirements and Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines. You will learn how to assess a casualty, keep everyone safe, call emergency services, and use first aid resources, including CPR, defibrillator use, anaphylaxis and asthma management, choking response, immobilisation for injuries, and care for bleeding and shock. You will also learn basic anatomy and physiology, differences between adults, children, and infants, the chain of survival, how to report incident details, review incidents to improve your skills and response times, and recognise when you or others may need psychological support.

Cardiac arrest is a life‑threatening emergency, but survival is possible with fast action. This CPR course teaches you to quickly recognise a cardiac emergency, call for help, and perform CPR in line with Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines. You will learn how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED), rotate with other rescuers with minimal pauses, and respond if the person vomits or regurgitates. You will also learn how to give clear information to emergency services, review the incident, recognise psychological impacts on yourself and others, and seek help to improve your skills and response times.

This first aid course gives you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to recognise and respond to life‑threatening emergencies in line with Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines and legal, workplace, and community requirements. You will learn how to assess a casualty, provide safety, call emergency services, and deliver first aid—including CPR, defibrillator use, anaphylaxis and asthma management, choking response, and care for bleeding and shock. The course also covers basic anatomy and physiology, differences between adults, children, and infants, the chain of survival, accurate handover to emergency services, incident review, and how to identify and manage psychological impacts.

This course gives education and care workers practical first aid skills to respond to emergencies in line with legal and workplace requirements, Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines, and national clinical standards. You will learn how to identify illness or injury, call emergency services, and safely provide first aid—including CPR, defibrillation, anaphylaxis and asthma management, immobilisation for injuries, and care for bleeding, shock, and other conditions. You will also learn basic anatomy and physiology, differences between adults, children, and infants, how to manage an ill or injured child, share incident details with parents and emergency services, complete documentation, debrief to improve responses, recognise psychological impacts, support children’s emotions, and seek help when needed.

This course prepares you to handle high‑risk, real‑life emergencies such as multiple casualties, moving or extricating people, and treating life‑threatening injuries. Through practical simulations, you will learn to coordinate and manage a response and provide advanced first aid in line with legal, community, and workplace requirements, Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines, and national clinical standards. You will refresh basic first aid and CPR and learn advanced treatments for conditions such as hypothermia, hyperthermia, head, neck, and spinal injuries, life‑threatening bleeding using tourniquets and haemostatic dressings, and shock. The course also covers recording the casualty’s condition, completing incident documentation, debriefing to identify areas for improvement, recognising psychological impacts, and knowing when and how to seek help.

This Advanced Resuscitation course is delivered in line with Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines and first aid codes of practice. It is for people who may need to provide first aid, CPR, and oxygen in complex community and workplace situations. Through simulated real‑life scenarios, you will learn how to use and maintain specialised equipment for first aid, resuscitation, and oxygen therapy. You will refresh first aid and CPR skills and learn advanced treatments, including inserting a basic airway adjunct, using tourniquets and haemostatic dressings for life‑threatening bleeding, and safely administering oxygen at the correct flow rate. The course also covers recording a casualty’s condition, sharing incident details, completing workplace documentation, and debriefing to identify improvements, recognise psychological impacts, and know when to seek help.
